K2 Paving Solutions is looking for a motivated, high-energy Concrete Estimator / Project Manager to help grow our concrete division.
We are pursuing all types of concrete work — from heavy civil paving and infrastructure to commercial concrete projects of all sizes.

Responsibilities:
- Estimate and bid concrete projects
- Manage contracts, budgets, billing, and invoicing
- Oversee project schedules and operations
- Review plans, specs, and quantities
- Coordinate with field crews, suppliers, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Heavy civil and commercial concrete experience
- HCSS experience preferred
- Strong estimating and project management skills
- Driven, organized, and team-oriented
Compensation:
- $70,000+ salary
